Camelot for Children offers monthly programs during the school year that give kids and teens the chance to connect, have fun, and just be themselves—all in a safe, inclusive space with caring teen volunteers by their side.
Monthly Teen Nights
One Friday each month
5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Teens ages 12+ gather for themed activities, games, crafts, and connection. New and current Camelot teens are paired with volunteers who help make each night unforgettable.
Monthly Children’s Days
One Sunday each month
12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Kids ages 6–19 are invited to spend an afternoon filled with creativity, play, and joy alongside Camelot buddies and friends. Dates and themes vary—check the event calendar for what’s coming up!
Who Can Attend
Camelot programs are open to children ages 6–19 with serious medical conditions or serious, chronic and/or terminal illnesses, along with their siblings.
To ensure safety and enjoyment for everyone, children must:
- Be independent with bathroom use, dressing, and eating, or attend with a qualified caregiver
- Be able to participate in group activities and routines
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept children who:
- Are at risk of eloping
- Exhibit abusive, self-injurious, or disruptive behavior
- Avoid social situations or cannot tolerate noise
- Struggle significantly with structure or authority
All applications are reviewed by our team to ensure we can safely support the child within our model. Once accepted, families receive event invites via email and can sign up for programs throughout the year.
No Cost to Families
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, all school year programming is available at no cost for accepted Camelot families.
