Tonight we held our first Adventure Labs program, and it was an incredible success. The first four sessions are focused on fitness, and our participants had a great time learning, moving, and connecting.
The evening began with a warm-up before moving into full-body rock paper scissors and a game of bulldozers and builders. Participants also learned exercises such as squats, good mornings, and bird dogs. We closed the session with calm stretching and time to get to know one another better.
We are so thankful to our donors and community members for supporting this new initiative. Adventure Labs is off to a strong start, and we look forward to continuing the program in the weeks ahead.
