We had so much fun “Camping Out” during week 2 of camp! We decorated a Camp Camelot banner and learned to pitch tents and tie knots with Alyssa Mierta! Later on we had a nature scavenger hunt, painted rocks, and made homemade lanterns! We hope everyone learned some fun wilderness skills! We even had a delicious S’mores snack! Thank you so much to Alyssa for volunteering your time to lead these fun activities. We also had our fishing field trip on Tuesday where we got to fish, ride the hayride, and float on the pond in row boats thanks to Tom Ernst and the Slatington Skeet Club! We are so grateful to have such a compassionate and inclusive community that supports our mission! Everyone had so much fun on our first field trip! We had a great week at camp!
