Michelle L. is an officer on the Executive Committee of our Camelot’s Junior Board. She is a Senior attending Southern Lehigh High School. She participates in Girls’ Tennis, Speech and Debate, Band, Orchestra, Pit Orchestra, Aevidum Club, NHS. Michelle plans to attend a four-year university majoring in neuroscience on a pre-med track
Why do you volunteer at Camelot? “I volunteer at Camelot because of the unbreakable bonds I’ve formed here. The energetic spirit that the kids bring always brightens my day, and it has been such a fulfilling experience getting to know each of the kids in a special way.”
What do you like about volunteering at Camelot? “Volunteering at Camelot has taught me so much about empathy and kindness. Being with the kids has helped me grow as an individual, and my experience at Camelot has shown me my love for working with children. I love getting to walk into the Big Room and seeing everyone smile and have fun together, and I am so grateful to be a part of this community.”
